Banana Nut Bread

 
 

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 C. sugar
1/4 C. margarine, room temp.
1 C. mashed bananas
2 eggs
 2 1/4 C. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 C. chopped nuts
Pinch of cinnamon, optional
 

Combine cream cheese, sugar and margarine.  Mix until well blended.  Blend in bananas and eggs.

Add dry ingredients,  mixing until moistened.  Fold in nuts.

Pour into greased and floured 9" x 13" loaf pan.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.  Yield 1 loaf.
