Zucchini Bread
 
 

3 eggs
1 C. brown sugar
1 C. white sugar
1 C. vegetable oil
2 C. grated zucchini
 1 tsp. vanilla
3 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 C. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp.  cinnamon

1 tsp. baking powder

 

Mix eggs, sugars and oil together.  Then add vanilla and dry ingredients.

Put in zucchini and nuts if desired.  Bake at 350.  Makes 2 bread pans.
