Cinnamon Rolls

 
 

4 C. hot water

4 tsp. salt
4 C. Thesco flour
1/2 C. vegetable oil
1 C. white sugar
4 beaten eggs
4 T. yeast soaked in 1 C. warm water

Stir hot water, salt, flour, oil and sugar together.  When cool add eggs and yeast mixture.

Let set for 10 minutes.  Work in enough flour so you can handle dough, but don't make it too stiff.

Let rise until double.  Roll out.

Spread with melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

Roll up and slice 1 " thick.  Let rise 1 hour.

Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes
